I’ve left it all morning, no go … can you login to Demo accounts today 13 Aug 22?
IG and / or PRT must be trying to tell me something!! 😉

When I close my DEMO, I get an error message because the data cannot be saved. So, there’s something going on… 🙂
I just had error messages on Live so had to close, thanks JS!
Phew … my ‘days are not numbered‘ with IG / PRT after all! 😉
Live is now showing Version as: 10 Aug 22!
Demo is still not available to me!
My Live Account is showing a blank page for TS although there are 95 … see blue arrowhead.
I did click on the – as that sometimes makes the TS pop into view, no go this time!!
Scary day … I Quit > Exit without Saving!!
Today, Sunday same as above … Demo link does not work and Live shows TS blank page even though shows 95 TS listed as non-running.
Surely I am not the only one with above??
May it help : no issues here (also not yesterday). The possible difference : a sponsored PRT account (not direct-IG).
GraHal, it wouldn’t be so that you drag the separator bar and everything appears ? (see at the mouse pointer)
Only the other day (ahem) I found that dragging this bar, consistently shows everything, unlike the + and – expand/collapse hoopla.
I’ll try again, but yes I’ve had to drag the separator bar many times in the past to get Systems to show, but maybe I forgot to do it this time after the Demo weirdness, thanks for reminding me Peter.
OK, so then Demo. Now, Demo shows this (after Log-in, so it may depend on what you call “log-in” as such).
What you see is not correct. That large button is grey from the start while it should be green. So in this situation I would not be able to start PRT (after logging in to IG).
I recall this happened to me for Live, 4 or so months ago and it required a call to PRT support (not IG) after which it was solved in 10 minutes. To me the obvious message to them should be : PRT thinks it is still running, but it it not.
I hope this gets sorted easily because I coincidentally know that the communication this requires (between IG-UK support and normally Dutch PRT-support) will be stalled to at least Tuesday (just nobody there on our side), while beyond that day it may still not work because of vacations and lacking knowledge.
But hmm … since I have the problem as well (
GraHal, is it the same ??) I can try to let solve mine on Tuesday, and let somehow know that this issue also counts for “some” others. No idea further, but I feel that the solution as of back then required some change in my account. Hence, it can’t be solved at a higher level ?
Ha all Systems are showing now, I didnt have to ‘pull any of the tricks’ … all TS visible as soon as Live AutoTrading screen opened!

Demo links still not working though!
I now see that my attempt to open the Demo account was wrongly applied and instead I tried to open the Live account which indeed was already running (too hot to do things how they should 😉 ).
Just tried the Demo account indeed and it is fine over here.
Thanks, my Demo is still not playing ball / will not open; its like the link is there but non-functional!
Just started an email to IG, went to get a screenshot of account numbers and both Demo Accounts sprang into life!!
