DEMO account acting funny. 15 mins delay

    Hi,

    I have experienced for the last two days that my 1h or 6h strategies launched orders with 15 min delay. I though it was a problem with the spread, but the problem is that they executed the order with a 15 min delay. At this exact moment, I have two different strategies with short and long orders opened at 10:15h, when at MARKET in 1h strategies should have been opened at 10:00h.

    Anyone have experienced something similar?? Is this a PRT or IG problem??

    So far, no orders have been launched in REAL, so I don’t know if this is a bug in the DEMO account or will affect to my REAL account as well.

    Look where they have opened the trades in both 1h strategies

    Are you sure your strategies are running on a 1h timeframe? Could you please verify in your ProOrder strategies list? 🙂

    Hi Nicolas,

    I understand your comment, since it is since very common to launch strategies with the wrong timeframe, but these are strategies have been running for some time without even touching them.

    The good thing is that this error is been happening since February 8th, and fortunately the same strategies have performed in PREMIUM (REAL) opening at the correct time. So, I guess it is only happening in the DEMO account. I will check with PRT to see if they are aware of the problem and if they have to reset my DEMO (again) 🙂
