Demo NOGO – Sat 1 Feb 25

    Anybody else getting the error message attached for PRT Demo Accounts today Sat 1 Feb 25?
    My Live Account opens as normal.

    Here’s hoping when it all works again, we’ll be on Version 13, all bugs will be history and there’ll be Improvements Galore!!! 🙂

    10:57:00 Just tried , for Demo, getting same message, I don’t know anything, I’m assuming there tinkering, I’ll try again later.

    Were still logged into IG from last night, but with PRT closed, Same message  when I logged back in and tried Demo.

    Ha…. be careful what you wish for, they may add to the bug list with new ones if its V13, it could go several ways!

    Just tried again, no change!

    I did notice that from the IG dashboard, were you choosing to launch PRT, the option for the IG platform is missing.

    I’m sure there was the option along with PRT, maybe this is an IG problem.

    The options don’t appear under both demo or live, strange!

    The IG Status page shows ALL good – see attached.

    During problems in the past, the IG Status page always shows ALL Operational, so it looks like it’s a waste of space and means nothing! 🙁

    How long will the problem continue? Will it not work all weekend? Can someone make an official statement here?

    For me at this moment it works (did not try it earlier / yesterday). But I use another launcher (the “IB sponsored” version. – Get PRT-IB and get PRT-IG for free with 4 trades per month).

    May it be of importance : PRT-IB had maintenance yesterday morning. But I saw that around 16:40 Amst I still could not start it. But, used it the whole day (just start earlier than “maintenance” begins).

    I called the support… how can the support on phone be unaware of something like this, when it’s been down for a couple of days? They asked me to mail in some info…

    Did someone else already register a case?

    Demo still NOGO for me.  Going to be chaos for many if not back up by 23:00 tonight!

    Did you call IG Support or PRT Support pabo_swe .
