Hello friends,
Daylight savings in the US starts on March 8. In Israel, the transition only happens on March 27 .
This creates a situation in which the PRT graph shows hours without trading (see attached image).
As a result, the indicators data goes seriously wrong. Is there any solution to this?
Hello again,
I tried all sorts of things in order to fix this but nothing works.
Did anybody find a solution to this?
In order to avoid the gaps … would you not have to run at USA Time until Israel Time comes back in sync?
@GraHal Both in est/edt there are still gaps. Is your chart shows without gaps?
If so, Can you maybe send a screen shot of your preferences?
Is your chart shows without gaps?
No …. I have gaps also … see attached.
So there is no solution to this? it messes up almost every indicator. how can you analyze that way?
Maybe it is nothing to with daylight savings?
If the market of that instrument QQQ is not open 24 hours (e.g. like DJI) then you will get gaps when the market is closed??
I am seeing gaps in bars anyway even on the DJI when the DJI gets frozen due to drops > 5% (I think it is) … like right at this very minute!
Maybe it is nothing to with daylight savings?
The problem started at the same day.
Which time zone have you set in your platform? Your local time zone or the time zone of the instrument?
Which time zone have you set in your platform? Your local time zone or the time zone of the instrument?
I tried both:
Mine is Jerusalem time utc+2, and also est and edt. There are still horizontal gaps in the chart.
Could you please send a technical report via the help menu of the platform?
@assafn
please do not double post!
You had already posted it the day before!
