Hello everybody. Is there a way of building an indicator that shows certain values at certain dates? (Let’s say the value 1 will show on the 1st aug 2019 no matter what stock is diaplayed)

Hello everybody.

Is there a way of building an indicator that shows certain values at certain dates?
