On a chart I have selected the DJI market, 1min time interval and 200k units. The chart only shows data back to 5am 5/4/2021 instead of sometime in September 2020. Anyone else experiencing issues like this? The issue is intermittent for the last few weeks, and appeared again this afternoon. Once it occurs, however, it continues to be an issue for hours or days.

I also think it is affecting strategy execution for other markets. For instance, I have developed strategies for the below markets that perform well enough to trade, however when I submit to pro-order none are executed. Been the case for a few days now. I think this is because one of the indicators in these strategies depends on period data up to 1000 units on a 1min time interval (which is less that one days worth) , and the platform doesn’t have the data so can’t evaluate the indicators and execute the strategies.
