Conversion from MT4 to PRT

I have a free indicator for MT4, that show the Relative Volatility index in a mode that help me a lot choosing the right moment to enter in the market. I would ask if there is someone who can make the conversion in the Probuilder language. The MT4 indicator is also able to send notifications, i’m not interested to this function so it can be canceled from the conversion. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Let me know regards
