Comparative Relative Strength

    With this indicator, there is an option to “reference zero” that can be checked. What  exactly does the 0 line represent?

    In the Mansfield relative strength indicator, the zero line represents a moving average, thus moving above and below

    tells us if the relative strength line is above/below its moving avg.  With the comparative relative strength, cant tell

    what the zero line represents (is it the underlying stock, index, etc being compared to?)
