    Hello All,

Does anyone know how you can close out individual orders based on entry and gain?  for example; I’ve scaled into a position on DAX index at different prices; in some instances it’s just to generate cashflow whilst maintaining a longer term position – but how can I close a specific order rather than oldest first order?

    Thanks

    You can’t.
But you can close positions. Thus if your code keeps track of subsequent positions (for order #1, 2 and 3) then you can close that number of positions. This will come down to the same.

How much $ you will reobtain by that is your challenge … But in theory your code can keep track of that too.

So you were talking about automatic trading orders right? Because in manual trading, if you do not have aggregate orders visually on your chart, you can identify each market entry and close whatever order your want.
