Charts stuck on 3 months data only

Hi, a bomb hit my PRT and my charts are stuck on 3 months data only, i tried adjusting the units and time frames, tried restarting the platform and computer but to no avail. Anyone got any ideas.

This is not about a unit in seconds ? Because if so, it is explainable to some degree.

No, im looking at daily and weekly time frames. most of the charts will not scroll past 3 months worth of data

Hello Pleidian, you should send PRT a technical report (from Help > Technical support) because this could be due to different factors. The main two would be: who are you getting the data from (PRT or a broker), and if the securities you are looking at are “well-known” or not. Apparently the least ones have less history on V11 compared to the most popular ones but that doesn’t seem to be the case on V12 anymore.

worked out what the problem is… was using the old version of PRT and PRT have strangled data to that version…problem solved!
