    Hello everyone,

I am currently using PRT through IG on a CFD account.

I intend to change my trading to a spread bet account, has anyone ever done this? Will I be faced with a blank PRT when I open it up or will all my algos and workspaces remain?

    Thanks,

    Leo

Open the SB Account first (min £250?) then you will see? Let us all know please?

It starts completely fresh. My fear was that it would delete everything, so I’ve spent the past couple of hours backing up systems/indicators/workspaces. Thankfully I’ve only been using prt for 1 year! And double thankfully I can still load up my cfd account just as before and everything is still there (which makes complete sense, but you can’t be too careful!) Now to begin importing and rebuilding…..

You know about Demo SB and CFD Accounts … right?  Very useful for Testing Systems on Live data, but with virtual money! See attached at yellow arrowheads.

Good point…I will run my systems in SB demo for a while before fully switching. Thanks!
