Can’t load 1M units

I started a 2 free weeks trial on prorealtime trading, when i try to show 1M units i get this error.

Any suggestions?

As fsr as I know It’s not available for free subscriptions.

Well in these two weeks I should be a complete member with real time data and everything else, the thing that it’s missing it’s the 1M units.

Anyway, if this is the problem, I would like to ask if someone can run for me a simple 1M test on a code and share the results. Thanks.

Yes, your are right. That period is considered regular subscription.

Hi,

You are using the COMPLETE version. The 1M unit is for Premium users I believe.
That would explain why you are having an issue here.
