I can’t find automated trading on the new platform.

Any advice?

I concur … update to v12 dated 15 Dec 23 has AutoTrading not available under Trading > AutoTrading.

yes, the button has disappeared, but if you add an algo the window opens.

It’s happening with IG, as PRT is working as usual.

I don’t thing it’s intended, unless they have to temporarily disable it due to some maintenance.

My autotrading has also disappeared! Where can I find the button to open the window again?
The trick of starting a new system doesn’t work for me. It tells me that 150 systems are started and no new one can be added. Which is also true. So how do I get the window open again?

Ahhh… when closing the platform there is a button “View running systems”. That’s it. But it shouldn’t be the case that such serious things happen on a platform where money is at stake!

I opened a case on it with Support and they have confirmed it is specific to IG v12 … they are looking into it

Same issue, I just restarted the application, and the button is back (live & demo).The shortcut alone had to be reconfigured.
