Cannot Define and Optimize variables

Hi,

After hours of unsuccessful tries following restarts, re-installation of the platform, screening of various forums here… I finally ask the help of the community.

My issue is quite simple, I cannot define a variable. When I go in the “definition of variables” menu, I cannot add my variable, the screen is empty.

Refer to the screenshot with a dummy code for an example (here the variable I try to define is “Var1”)

I am using the V11, Premium.

Hi @seb.couble
When everything works normally, you have to type your variable “Var1” in the box labeled “Label in program” and then press the “Add” button.

This is how you add variables in the normal way…

If this does not work for you, I would send a technical report to PRT.

Hi Seb, Type the Var1 in the area you see at the mouse pointer. Then click the Add next to it. Have fun now ! Peter
