    Hi

The screenshot below shows that back in Feb 2017 I optimised an oscillator with the ranges 0 to -1 in steps of 0.1. It optimised the long trades Eg: see -0.2 and £35,782 profit (RIGHT hand side of image)

I went to do that today for the same oscillator but it gives a warning triangle when I enter -1? (LEFT hand side of image)

How do I optimise the long trades if they’re taken on cross overs of a negative number like -0.8? Any ideas?

    Cheers,

Because -1 should be the min and 0 the max value. Optimization is increasing the value, not decreasing it.
