    Hello,

I use PRT with IG. This bug exists since a while and never reported it by I thought it was now the time;)

For all German stocks, the volume reported intraday is underestimated by a factor of at least 100,000. Actually, the daily and weekly volume seems correct, except the volume of the current day. By tomorrow, the volume of today will be corrected, and this goes on.

So if I take for example BMW, I have currently (at 16h45) a volume for the day of around 5000 shares traded, which is ridiculous. And all intraday charts are consistent with this 5000 shares, so if I take a 1H chart, I get per bar a volume of around 500.

In attachment, you can see a screenshot, with daily volume on left side, with past volume around 2000000 daily, but for the current day a volume of 5000 shares. And on the right side, a view on the 1H volume, consistent with the 5000 shares.

Am I the only one to have this bug? Is it known by the PRT dev team?

Are you “End Of Day” for that stocks’ list?

I see the prices in realtime but Looking now at my market data subscriptions, I see that I wasn’t paying any fee (was set by default on free/delayed). Now I have taken a Level 1 subscription, and that solved the issue thanks!
