    Hey, I have been getting a bug recently where I can not see the trading systems that I am running even tho they still are running. The trading system window is just blank when I start PRT, sometimes they show after a few restarts but sometimes they don’t. Please help me resolve this, I also know a few other people with the same bug. I attached a screenshot of how it looks even tho I am running 2 systems at the time this screenshot is taken.

    You sure you are not clicking on the button at the red arrowhead on attached?

    If No, try clicking it anyway to se if Trades return.

    Btw No screenshot from you so above may not address your problem??

    Alternative solution … click the + button or the divide bar between running and not running systems.

    What you describe happens to me sometimes and above is what I do to see all my Systems again.

    Here is the screenshot of the blank window!

    As you can see the problem is that it says that 0 systems is running altough 2 is running at the time the sceenshot is taken!

    click the +  – button and / or drag down / up the divide bar between running and not running systems.

    Did you try above?

    Above is first time you have mentioned Mac, I’m on windows so a Mac user needs to help you.

    On my Mac there is no problem with the “ProOrder AutoTrading” window…

    I would send a technical report with your problem…

    (Help=>Help Center=>Technical problem)
