Hi, PRT shows what your broker shows. So if your broker is IG (PRT is available with various brokers in different countries so that’s why I say “if”), and you trade the IG cfd based on bitcoin but not directly bitcoin, then if IG doesn’t show volume, PRT can’t display the data not made available to it by IG, there’s nothing you can do about settings if this is the case.

My ig platform does show bitcoin volume but PRT doesn’t. I wonder if it is ig which is not giving this info to PRT or if there is a setting somewhere.

I’m with IG through PRT and I have no volume for bitcoins either.

Does anyone know a broker who provide volume data? PRT is pretty useless without volume data.

I think if you go with Interactive Brokers you should have volume (at least for more assets than with IG) but you should double check if this is true. Then you will not be able to use ProOrder with IB.
