Sorry for the noob question, I’ve always assumed that when I get a backtest optimisation result value of 1 that the previous value is the best optimised one but have never actually read that anywhere, can anyone confirm please ?

Question isn’t clear, what do you mean by the previous value??

1 or 2 screenshots may help?

Result of 1 usually means you have selected the fixed value of 1?
