back tests refuse to load

  This morning I’m having problems running any back test. I get the loading dialogue for about 30 seconds, then that disappears and nothing happens – no curve, no details window, no results at all. This is with bots I was just working on over the weekend, so nothing new or unusual. Tried re-launching PRT 3 times and rebooted my computer. Nothing will run. Is anyone else seeing this?

  There is currently a problem on several IG servers which has an impact on backtests and on the activity of automatic trading, in particular due to the occasional overload due to very many new customers.
  The problem is being treated to reduce the load and allow to restart the systems, I do not know when this resolved. Thank you for your patience.

  I have the same,  it was all good until 9am ish gmt and took the same steps like yourself. Strangely pro order will still go live with backtests still.
