Hello All, Has anyone in this great forum coded an automatic trendline indicator that simply connects the 2 most recent pivot highs and pivot lows on the chart? The indicator should only show the 2 most recent lines and erase past lines as they become redundant. Steps would be as follows: Establish the current pivot high Establish the most recent pivot high that is higher than the current pivot high connect the 2 highs via an extended trendline do same for pivot low trendline

Hello All,

Legend

There is a French topic that deals with automatic trend lines made from recent fractals, I made an indicator for this strategy.

It could be adapted to any other calculation to make the trend lines construction. Though, fractals are pretty much the same as pivot high/low IMO.
