Auto Trading on demo account cannot stop

Hi Sir,

Firstly, Thanks for your advice to put my trading software as an indicator. I had done that and put it up for run using demo account, after many back testing. The functions of the platform is satisfactory and I should say I like it. I put my software to auto trading for 3 weeks , one week at a time. It functions accordingly. Today, It hang. It did not close the trade when the price over shoot the set stop loss. I went to the auto trading panel and stop the program, it cannot stop. The software is still running now. I need your advice.

It may stop when your broker does their next ‘reset’.

If you email your broker with details and screen shot etc of the ‘rogue Trading System’ the broker may stop it for you. Best not phone your broker as Demo Accounts are not priority for them.

Both above scenarios have worked for me in the past.

Hi Grahal, Thank you. The broker did not response to my call in the mid-night. But, finally close the demo trade. Would this happen to the real account?

I cannot recall anybody on this website report ‘rogue Trading Systems’ (as discussed in the above 2 posts) occur on their Real Money Live Account.
