ATR indicator value different on PRT vs MT4

Hi guys, I am curious to know as to why the ATR indicator value for PRT is different to the values on MT4. Same broker, same time frame, same period.
I just don’t understand why? I have tried emulating the same value on MT4 by using the exact same input and the values are way out of sync with one another.

You can see that there is a side by side comparison of the two platforms. PRT (left) & MT4 (right)
On MT4 the first indicator window (top) is the ATR and an EMA added manually EXACTLY SAME PERIODS.
Second indicator window is a custom made indicator using the same process with an EMA OR SMA (Unsure which one as it just says MA TYPE 1,2,3,4,5 as apposed to SMA, EMA etc.
Any ideas? I can’t seem to see the code for said indicator on PRT so unable to look into it further.
