Am I the only one who is still missing Auto-Trading Systems in the running / not running window?
The only Systems I have had restored are 3 which I have been running very recently, e.g Friday 23 March.
Most of the 97 Systems I am missing have not been run for some time.

We can only see 3 strategies that are running and which should show in AutoTrading window, the rest are deleted.
What are the names of some of the ones that disappeared?

When you say the rest are deleted … you mean by the PRT cock-up over the weekend???
I don’t keep the names of Systems in my head, but I know this … on Saturday when I was trying to add new Systems to the AutoTrading window I was told I had 100 Systems and I had to delete 4 in order to add 4 new ones!
So PRT have lost 97 of my Systems??
Surely PRT have a back-up??

What! Every system take hours of optimising and testing every setup!
It will be a pain in the neck if that PRT doesn’t solve your isssue.

Last week I went through a process of refinement, culminating on Saturday with me exporting to my PC 100’s of Systems that had tested out as rubbish (I’m weird I can’t even delete rubbish! :)).
The 100 Systems I ended up in my Live Auto Trading window were the best and then PRC has that overnight crash or whatever!
It seems strange as I bet I’m the only one out of all on here (?) that on Saturday night had zero Systems listed in the Backtesting Systems window and now I am the only one who has Systems missing from the Auto-Trading Window?? Coincidence??
You sure the Systems you are now seeing in your Auto-Trading window are the exact same ones that were there on Saturday??

Did you delete the systems from prt (where the system is stored) and had them only in proorder?
Mmm if by PRT you mean – looking in top left corner – Indicators and Trading Systems and if by ProOrder you mean ProOrder AutoTrading … then Yes I did!
But I have never retained a copy in Indicators and Trading Systems of all Systems listed in ProOrder AutoTrading anyway … and there has never been an issue before.
And I have NOT done Quit, Save or Ctrl+S on my Live account since all was good on Saturday night!

i just try to figure out what happened, hope they fix it for you
its hard enough to make money from the market and we dont need any extra problems
p.s. i always have had problems with this saving thing and forget it sometimes so whenever i change something or have a new system i export it from prt and save it on disk then i can import it later

Yes I was working up towards just such a process of saving / exporting all systems to my hard drive also … how I wish I had got that far by Saturday night! As it is I exported all systems that I considered not worth going forward with / needed too much work etc.
If PRT can’t restore my systems then it means their backup procedures must be shite (?) … daily, weekly, monthly backups must be mandatory surely??

We are waiting to see what the outcome…
Still only 3 Systems showing in my Live account ProOrder AutoTrading window … so either PRT have done nothing yet to restore my lost Systems or the PRT whole back-up system caught fire last weekend!
Even something as catastrophic as a fire shouldn’t bring down a back-up system as copies should be stored remote from the main site etc.

After a reminder email earlier to IG and nothing has happened since, I just sent this …
I have fully cleared the AutoTrading window (see embedded image) to make it easier for PRT to restore the most recent back-up of that window.
When it is done I want to be advised – of the date and time of the backup – which has been restored to my account please?
PS I just read above and realised I should not have stated …
most recent back-up … as that be would last night showing only 3 Systems. Surely they wouldn’t be that stupid would they … we’ll see!?
