Contacted IG about it today and was told; “I’ve forwarded your request to have the multi time frame function activated on your account. This will be done the next time ProRealTime enables multi timeframes for client accounts.” Not really understanding if this meant ‘when PRT enable it for everyone’ or if they do it in batches as clients request – got this back; “PRT normally enables Multi-TimeFrame in batches and the turnaround time is between 3 to 5 working days for it to be activated.” But then when asking if I would be notified or should I just keep trying sadly this… “Currently this has been placed on hold indefinitely until they have resolved the bugs affecting MTF so we would unfortunately be unable to provide an update when activation has taken place.” and this “Thanks for your prompt response, sorry for this inconvenience and note that since this is a general issue we can only hope this starts working soon The only way to get an update on this would be to keep checking in” So from ‘all go’ to a complete ‘no go’ standstill… has anyone else out there got MTF activated on their live IG account/has it been deactivated due to these bugs? (which I hope they manage to sort out soon of course/best of luck etc!)
