Started PRT about 5 hours ago, programmed a new strategy and had WFA running. Almost ready 1h ago. Then I leave the computer. Now I come back, PRT has shut down (Why after just 5 hours?!) and no trace of my new strategy. The only response from PRT customer service is that it is my codes fault. But how my code can shut down the whole platform well they can not tell me. I AM REALLY FED UP WITH PRT!!!

Feel the same… started to copy everything to iclouds notes and yesterday when I was supposed to continue with a strategy witch of course was gone from prt I went to notes to copy past it back and of course my fat fingers pressed on some wrong bottom and all is gone😭😭😭 There is no regret bottom for apple notes so I call them and of course they havnt any backup…..🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Comming from someone who works with one of my countries largest software houses I can say PRT is buggy as hell, and the deployment of new interactions is way to slow.
