Hello I’m wondering if anyone else gets this pop-up error when trying to run an optimisation…

an error has occurred during the execution of your probacktest

It tends to happen when I have more than 2 variables being optimised and from what I can tell its a network issue but I never hear back from PRT even when I send a network report.

I’d be interested to hear if anyone else experiences the same?

Thanks for the Poll votes I really appreciate it.

As its anonymous I can’t see who voted and where from.  My guess is that the error relates to network connectivity and if there’s a drop out or potential network collisions it fails.

I would appreciate if you could share who voted for the above and do you use:

    #2 Yes – Sometimes

    A) WIFI

    B) router/switch/powerline network

    C) connect directly to a modem

    #3 No – Never

    A) WIFI

    B) router/switch/powerline network

    C) connect directly to a modem

I voted YES but I think my issues are most often caused by bad internet connection. I’m living a bit outside town and here we still wait for fiberoptic lines.
