Algos don’t want to start up in Auto Trading…
I have been trying to start my algos in ProOrder Auto Trading (algos that have always worked) but every time the trading systems are stopped with the message:
“This trading system takes too much time to start. Try restarting it, if the problem persists, please send an email to the support desk using the button below”…
Does anyone else suffer from this too…?

I have tried several algos, but everything is refused with the same message…
This problem started last Friday… very annoying.
I have had the same issue since yesterday. It has been raised withe IG helpdesk in AU a who have escalated to EU PRT support teams.

I have had the same issue since yesterday. I have sent the report.
I am experiencing the same issue. The ones that are running are fine but I cannot restart the ones I have stopped.
It is resolved now. Thanks, PRT support team.
