Alerts sound problem

  Hello.

  In my alerts on Prorealtime (IG Markets Prorealtime) the sound when the alerts are triggered doesn’t reproduce, I have the screen alert but not the sound configured in the alerts (David/Julia voice or others).

  Any idea to fix this problem?

  Could you please share a screenshot of your alerts configuration? What do you mean by “doesn’t reproduce”? Does it trigger at least one time?

  Hi.

  Problem fixed.

  Unintentionally I turned off the sounds of Prorealtime.
