Is it possible to deploy an alert to a list (similar to ProScreener scanning a list)? I am trying to avoid setting alerts instrument by instrument.

It is not difficult to make a Screener “dynamical”. Hence, instruments appear and disappear in real time. Think like applying an Indicator to it and when True, the instrument appears. Combine this with the “Sort” column you determine yourself, and when more instruments appear at the same time, your best (by your definition) is on top.
Lastly combine it with you applying the scanned markets, and there you have your “List”.

If you apply this with care, your Screener empty most of the time. This makes it really work because you need to look at only a couple of lines.

Obviously this only is a “visuals” application. No bells/sounds ringing …
