Alert Creating

  Hi All,

  Asking for assistance when it comes to setup of an alert.

  I have set a new alert looking at RSI 70 and 30 and I get notifications when both alerts are trigged when the program is running and everything is working fine.

  The issue is when I turn the program off I only sometimes receive emails stating the alarm has trigged . I have also noticed when the alarm trigged I did not receive an email alert or the alarm is deleted and I have to make new.

  I have tried different email address as I thought maybe my email was blocking the emails how ever this is not the case I just don’t regularly receive email alert.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  PRT’s email service is very unreliable, I checked everything (strategy started, stopped, failed) including a valid email address and very occasionally I receive an email but usually not…
