Alarm does not work

Hello

as shown in the picture, REY alarm is set if <115,8.

Stock closed at 115,3 but it say “waiting for”.

Waiting for what?

Do I miss something?

Hi,

If you set the alarm to “Real-Time”, it is now waiting for the market to open again… (Real-Time)

(if you want an alarm on the closing price, you need to set it to “Closing price of the current bar”)

The alarm is set at closing bar not real time. Does it mean that the system checks the close value?

In this case it was 115.3 so in my opinion the alarm should have worked, but it did not.

Today the bar’s close is 115,1 and I got the signal. So today has worked but yesterday no. Just look at the attached file…

Is that possible?

Maybe it is related to the issues in PRT that were caused by a technical migration of IG…

According to the latest updates, PRT should be working mostly normally again…
