    Hi, I do not get rejected from the system for us15m DImaccimovoatr testcfd3 anymore.

    Don’t worry about the number of trade, As I said, I have many EAs facing the same problem in Hing Kong market.

    Please help me in this matter and I can share with you for other EAs once they can be run in Proorder.

    I have shown you 3 EAs which can generate good results based on Probacktest.

    I have  set hk15m C>YC CcoOmfiP95L100-2(1) going on Demo Forward Test.  I will set the other 2 going later.

    We are talking the Hang Seng HS50 … right?

    Do you get rejected when the EA tries to …

    1. Execute a trade
      OR
    2. When you first set the EA going in the Auto Trading window (see attached)?

    Hi GraHal

    I set DEFPARAM PreLoadBars = 20000 to stop the rejection.

    All the EAs are for Hong Kong HS50.

    The EAs were auto stopped after a day I first set the EA going in the Auto Trading window.

    You should send a support ticket referring this topic and the fact that the strategies stop only for this specific timezone.

    May I know where to get the support ticket? Where shall I send the ticket to?

    I shall clarify my problem that for example, I set the EA for running in Proorder today. When I open the Proorder in next morning, I discover the EA is auto stopped from the system.

    Hi Nicolas,

    You mentioned that the strategies stop only for this specific timezone. May I know what is the timezone? From when to when?

    I can confirm that attached EA was stopped for me also (Timezone GMT, UTC +0) today 16 Dec 19 … see attached error message.

    I received an email advising of stoppage at 00:35 on 16 Dec 19.  The Time below is part of the code as shown …

     

    The EA had been Running for 2 days since 13 Dec 19.

    I checked Cancelled / Rejected Orders and there is NONE for the EA attached.

    I have below in the code

    For the record and to see if it made any difference, I set the timezone on my PLatform to UTC +13 (New Zealand) so the time would go through the start of a day and past the the NoTradeTime.

    Yes , I did exit and saved the platform and then logged back in .

    Time has now gone past the time  in which the EA was stopped at Honk Kong Time (UTC +8) and also past the No entry before time as below.  It’s now 02:00 / 020000 in New Zealand 🙂

    EA is still running with no stopping / Rejections etc

    Thank you very much for your effort spent in this matter.

    I was receiving the same error message as shown above when the EAs were auto stopped.

    Although I have increase to DEFPARAM PreLoadBars to 20000, the EAs were still being stopped from the system.

    I am glad that there is no auto stopped from the system after you have changed the timezone on your PLatform to UTC +13 (New Zealand).

    Are you still monitoring the EAs in your system?

    Hi Nicolas

    Thank you very much.

    This problem is only happened for the EAs in Hong Kong HS50. As you highlighted previously, I guess the problem is probably related to the setting of time zone. For your kind information, I am currently using time zone of UTC+8:00 Asia/Shanghai as I am staying in Malaysia.

    Regarding the EAs for DJI, the problem was rectified after adding the code DEFPARAM PreLoadbars = 20000.

    I still think that the problem is about the lack of volumes outside market hours, so ProOrder can’t calculate correctly the Money Flow Index and resulting to this error.
