4 HOURS CHART CLOSING 1 HOUR TOO EARLY

Hi there Since the time changed last Sunday in the US, My 4 hour charts are completing one hour early on each bar, ie 3pm instead of 4pm. My platform is set to my computer clock which is Eastern US – 5hr GMT. I have also tried the other time settings in PrT to no satisfaction. Any suggestions Thanks
