⚠️ Missing closed trades in IG Trade Analytics – Incident INC0927166

Hi everyone, We’ve encountered an issue with IG’s trade analytics where several closed trades are not showing up in the reports. As you can see in the screenshots, the trades listed in our platform (second image) are completely missing from IG’s trade analytics (first image). We have reported this to IG (incident number INC0927166) and also pushed the case via their WhatsApp support (+44 7483 936124). My question is: could this issue also be related to ProRealTime’s integration, or is it purely on IG’s side? Would be great if anyone else could check if they experience the same problem and share their input. Thanks!

The positions shown are closed on 09/10/2025 while in IG you have selected the date 08/10/2025 (24 hours) …
