I have 8 gb RAM on my computer, I get the message most of the time which makes
difficult to run PRT
You need to close your Platform and open again … PRT hogs RAM and does not release RAM until you close the Platform.
It has been discussed several times on the Forums.

every 5 minutes closing and opening is difficult
secondly even to close this click on close button wait for god to release this( sometime it take 5 minutes to close, another time it takes 15 minutes)
I have best of the best laptops 8gb RAM I paid 1800 gbp elite book
secondly very good internet also 32.mpbs, I am failing to take advantage of automation
I think this is more internet connection related then RAM related.

When you can’t close PRT do either or both of the green bars marked by the red arrow on attached … GO RED?
RED BARS indicate that you have lost internet connectivity back to PRT.

I see it connected on main window( otherwise it should have gone to disconnected mode) it is strange
Like Vonasi said, it is certainly about connectivity issue. Do you still have the problem now? Did a restart of your computer/platform/internet connection have been done since your encountered this problem?
