DDE Export

    I have a PRT premium account sponsored by IG. Will I be able to use the DDE data export described here:

    Anybody tried this?

    DDE export is not available through PRT-CFD/IG, it is only possible with prorealtime software.

    Now i have a hard time to follow. What do you mean by prorealtime software? I’m customer of PRT and not IG directly.

    Another question you maybe can answer Nicolas. With PRT premium we have more data. Is this anyway still the same data stream as IG’s or do premium customers get there data feed directly from PRT?

    ProRealTime is a software developer. You are a customer of PRT-CFD which is a broker (an IG white label), available with prorealtime trading

    The DDE tool allowing to export real-time data (no End of day-data or historical intraday data) is indeed only available via the software versions provided on http://www.ProRealTime.com or ProRealTime Trading

    This tool is now directly implemented within the platform; therefore it is not necessary anymore to upload the files available on the website.

    However, please note that this data export tool is only available for users under Windows 8 or Windows 10 using Excel 2016 or LibreOffice.

    All features available within a ProRealTime version provided by a broker are implemented upon request by this specific broker. So, if you wish to have this tool within your version please send your request to their customer support.

    The data feed implemented in your IG account is provided by IG; the Premium version gives you access to much more historical intraday data (but it is the same datafeed).
