An ITF file in ProRealTime is used to import trading Strategies, Indicators, Screeners, Workspaces, Templates & Calculated instruments into the platform. If you’ve downloaded an ITF file and need to install it, follow these steps:

1. Open your ProRealTime
- in the main bar, Click Display / Indicators.
- Click on Import button.
2. Select the ITF File
- Click Browse and locate the .itf file on your computer.
- Select the file and click Open.
3. Confirm the Import
- After import, the strategy, indicator, or screener should appear in the respective section:
- Indicators: Found in Indicators tab.
- Screeners: Available under ProScreener tool (main bar: Display / ProScreener -> new ProScreener)
- Strategies: Listed in ProBackest & Automatic Trading tab.
- Templates: Listed in Templates tab.
5. Activate and Test
- Apply the imported item to a chart or run a backtest to ensure it functions correctly.
- If needed, open the code editor to make adjustments.
Once imported, your ITF file is fully integrated into ProRealTime, allowing you to use it in your trading setup.
