ProOrder Window gone today

    Normally on a Sunday I tune up my strategies but the ProOrder Window is missing when I login to ProRealTime today. Where did it go, is it down for maintenance or something? I’ve checked my account settings and it is still enabled etc. It’s not even an option in the Display Menu see attached photo.

    Hi, i’m not aware of any update today, but I know that sometimes upgrade are made on Sunday. I think that ProOrder will come back today in a few hours, don’t worry.

    Same here!

    In the tech window – it says there is an plug in error. I presume your getting the same ?

    Well at least it’s not my pc that is playing up. Still not working but I would imagine (hoping) it’ll be ok by 2100.

    Hello,

    I talket to a support guy from IG. They have some technical errors between IG and prorealtime. They have a technician there and want to fix it by today evening. Hope they do and don’t mess up my automated orders.

    Thanks Patrick, yes after just loging back in there still seems to be some problems. Things are not quite as they should be.

    Seems like they haven’t quite fixed the technical errors as yet. It disappeared for 5 mins just now, now it’s back again. Everything else on PRT is updating fine, it’s just ProOrder that keeps disappearing.

    I wonder if it just a Java problem but the code is working fine behind the scenes?

    Yep, it’s still a little suspect. For example I was able to search for Oil – US Crude (SEP-16), see the chart and attempt an order. The order was rejected because “the market I have requested is longer online”. Is that normal?
