Wait for price to retrace

Hello friends i need an instruction that could do the following if possible ,when looking at an entry . Ie entry price “7100 for a buy” A :wait for price to achieve a close on 1 minute candle at 7100 NOT just price being touched but an actual close >7100 to stop being triggered in on a spike. C: ideally I would also want price action to slow after A being achieved so almost sideways action /or volume to have dropped off /volatility but don’t worry if this is impossible – its just a wish list and I can live without this if its just impossible to code and could go with A and B. Is this possible ? Your help is greatly appreciated.

A :wait for price to achieve a close on 1 minute candle at < 7095 (to break price ) I.e 5 pips < entry price ( both would be variables)

B :when “A “ is achieved place an order that only ONLY triggers IF price retraces to 7100 within 10 minutes of A being achieved – so again I would need a 30 second bar close > 7100 NOT just price being touched but an actual close >7100 to stop being triggered in on a spike.

C: ideally I would also want price action to slow after A being achieved so almost sideways action /or volume to have dropped off /volatility but don’t worry if this is impossible – its just a wish list and I can live without this if its just impossible to code and could go with A and B.

Is this possible ?

Hello

There would be no minimum time between the events A-B , but a maximum of 10 minutes if possible.
