    Hi,

    Maybe it do not see the obvious: I have created an automated trading system, and it works in “ProBacktest” without any flaws. However, any time I try to get “ProOrder AutoTrading” started, I get an error, that my trading system cannot be applied as I should check in PureDeal that trailing stops are enabled and that trailing stops are authorised on this instrument.

    Im my ig.com app, I have activated trailing stops (please see attachment) and I also checked if trailing stops are available on the charts I would like to trade on (please see attachment, trailing stops are enabled).

    Any tip is really appreciated!

    What is the exact message error you get when you launch the strategy through ProOrder please?

    I would contact the IG helpdesk.

    (Trailing Stops is a setting that does not occur to me in PureDeal)

    Well, it should work if you have restarted since the activation. If it doesn’t, you should indeed contact IG support, I’m afraid this is the first time it has been reported in forums.
