Good morning to everyone, by a well-known trader I learned that on the Gold future, COMEX market , has a bias time,  the TS  entry Buy at 16:00 (Italy Time) and sellshort at 08:00 (Italy time)  just it , 2 lines of code, TF 1H , that is the  equity  from 2007  to  2017 , 2007 to 2014  IN-SAMPLE  and 2014 to today is OUT of SAMPLE !!!  it  is seem a very strong and robust  Bias, the Trader says that the TS is robust because this bias works also on Platinum and Gasoline (but not with the same  time! i think, i never tried). HE says that is very important ,when someone make a TS, to test it on similar market too , and try to modify little bit the parameters , so, if the TS goingon to make money and has a regular equity it is robust and strong, for this reason he tried the TS on Platinum and Gasoline too, they are markets that  respond to the same break out strategy .So, this TS even if  has a good equity , it is not tradable , because the Average net profit is just 84 $ with 5300 trades in 10 years , minus fees and sleepage at the end remain 20$. He added a second condition at TS : see the attachement. the result as you can see is: 114 Average net profit and 1600 Trades in 10 years.

So, he sells the same  TS, with this bias time and others (secret) break-out rules and position managment (the position is always with 1 contract),  at 2400 $ open -code.I attached the metric and the equity line of  final TS that he sell 2400$,  the metrics are  193$ average net profit with 1800  trades in 10 years.

So, we can do something together to have the same performance …with free fees 🙂
