Hi Does anyone know if there is an non repainting PRT price channel indicator? I saw MT4 had some COG, TMA, both in repaint an non repaint TCB i think is non repaint? Thx

and surely in the forums too..

None of them are repainting since it’s a common problem only with MT4 code (in PRT, history is only read once to perform calculation, while mql4 is doing loop through history).

okay thx, dint know PRT did that, just knew about MT4 and it was written on forums

I have “recalculating” bands in PRT and they are possible in the PRT platform. Repainting is the term many use but the proper term is recalculating – and that would cover traditional “re-painters” like Hurst, COG, PRC, and TMA bands. There are some non-recalculating versions of those indicators you can find in MT4 but in the end they are never even close to “to good to be true” plots of all the recalculating indicators group. I will say, in PRT these type of indicators plot different than in MT4, NT8, and other well known platforms. If you like the recalculating indicators then port one over to PRT and see the difference.
