    I noticed something disturbing today. Namely, 2 of my test systems were in the demo account without TP or SL in the market. They entered the market normally like they should, but didn’t set a TP or SL… like they should. They always do, but not this time! Has anyone ever had this problem? What can be the reason? There was no error message. This is dangerous if it happens in the live account.

    Have you changed the code in any way at all since your Systems worked as you anticipated they should work?

    No, nothing changed. Very strange. I have now deleted the code from ProOrder and uploaded it again and am waiting for the next trade. I have SL/TP here as an odd percentage, like 0.81%. Which equates to about 36,7902 points at US500 at 4542 points. Is this a problem? However, the checkmark for readjust stops is set. There was also no notification.

    I’ve found the same now on my Demo Account … a short trade currently showing Loss =  -£1250 and yet the code contains a Set Stop pLoss 250 for short trades.

    Above is on a £1 per point Spreadbet contract.

    No Message as it hasn’t beeen rejected, it’s been in the same short trade since 12 Feb!

    Previously both Long and Short trades were in and out in a day or two.

    I’ve stopped it now and re-optimised and it’s set to start running on Sunday night.

    I’m going to chalk it up to another IG / PRT oddity/ weirdness?

    Mine was using Set Stop pLoss and Set Target pProfit

    Might we be running the same Algo Phoentz? Shouldn’t be relevant, but mine is an Elder Triple Screen.

    I don’t think so. My system is quite simple and runs on M5. Maybe MTF is a reason?
