Is anyone else having this problem with PRT now?

As you can see my PRT on ASX200 (Australian Index) on a 15m timeframe with 200K Units is only shows up to 10 days of data, but 200k x 15min should be about 8 years of data. This is new, as a 200K on 15min time-frame for indices would show me back to 2014 before today.

Hello SkippyTrader, on my end I can load up to early March 2014 with a 15 mins/200k view but I notice my securities are ASX 5$ or 25$, whereas yours is 1$ and it’s categorized as being part of the market “Futures – CFDA” instead of the usual “Indices – [Country]”. Could it be due to that on your end maybe, that you should be checking another instrument type instead?
