I have set up several single time frame alerts which notify me too late, with a lag of up to 35 minutes.

These alerts have been set up on the 3 minute timeframe and the setting for notification time frame has been tested on both ‘close of current bar’ and ‘Real time’ modes.

Any ideas why this is the happening?

Hello johnbenj, since this can be due to a wide number of factors the best way to determine what is causing this is to send ProRealTime a technical report from Help > Technical support.
