  Hello Wolf Trades, are you referring to a system stopping after having tried 10 times to place a trade without success? If so this appears to be a normal behavior of PRT. If not you should send PRT a technical report from Help > Technical support > Code to ask them what is happening.

  You can also send them the report anyway to ask and understand why the trades aren’t getting through.
