Ghost trades!

I was just checking through the strategies that I have on forward demo test and I found yet another strategy that has a ghost trade open that I have no way of manually closing. This time it appears to be a short position in a long only strategy! So that is more pointless and meaningless forward testing then as it seems that this short has been there since the end of April 2019! I stopped and restarted the strategy and the short position then disappeared from 6th October 2019 onwards.
Now I am just left with a Detailed Report and an equity chart window that tell me one profit level and a ProOrder AutoTrading window that tells me another.
I have not sent a report as I think PRT probably have bigger fish to fry and hopefully this is something that has already been resolved and I was just way too slow spotting the ghost trade. It is very annoying to have forward testing made completely pointless though – yet again. 🙁
….and another one. Another long only strategy that has a short position open!
Once again stopping it and re-starting it has removed the short but the results are now totally messed up. Months of forward testing made pointless again. 🙁
