A breakout to buy back the shorts that are still there only becomes realistic with cash open.
I highly recommend these real futures like cl.
With indexfutures I’m not sure whether every order really has an impact. Because actually all 500 shares have to move. The charts look similar (SP500 and ES) but they are not the same.
but with the cl if a 250 lot or comes this also affects the price.
