Forex Volume of the spot market

Hi, I am chekeing Forex and I see volume in Forex Spot. I seems that i is in all the pairs, EURUSD, EURJPY, EURNOK, USDJPY… Where these volume come from? what does it means? Thanks in advance

200 simple average applied to volume shows 153.303 per day; I guess it will be 153.303.000 EUR?
